Accepting these terms
By creating an account, logging in, or using clipcartel.net and the studios, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
CLIP CARTEL provides online studios for creating carousel posts and tweet-style video posts for social media pages. The studio includes layout templates, text and photo styling, themes, and export of PNG slides and 1080 × 1920 video. Features may change as we develop the studio.
Plans and exports
Paid plans are billed monthly. Each plan includes a set number of carousel exports and video exports for that billing month. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month. Unused exports do not carry over to the next month, so you will need your plan to renew to continue exporting at the same volume.
New accounts receive a free trial allowance on first sign-in. Trial allowances are offered once per account. Custom plans with additional exports are arranged directly with our team. We may change plan prices with reasonable notice.
Your account
- You must give accurate information when you register.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account.
- Tell us at support@clipcartel.net if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of the photos, video clips, logos and text you add to the studio. By using the studio, you confirm that you have the rights to use everything you upload, including any music, footage, images and trademarks. You are responsible for the posts you publish and for complying with the rules of the platforms where you post them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or studio to:
- upload or create content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- send spam, malware, or anything that could damage the site or other users;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or try to bypass the site's protections;
- use the site to impersonate another person or page owner.
Our content and intellectual property
The CLIP CARTEL name, logo, layouts, templates, interface, and code belong to CLIP CARTEL. You may use the studio to make your own posts, but you may not copy or resell the studio itself, its templates, or its code.
Third-party services
The site links to third-party services, such as the CLIP CARTEL Discord community and social media. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The studio is still being developed. It is provided "as is" and may contain bugs or change without notice. Charts and counters on the site are for illustration only and are not promises of reach, growth or earnings.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CLIP CARTEL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or studio, including lost posts, lost data, or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the studio at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms. We will update the date at the top of this page.
